@endwargamefreak the only reason why the sec is never leaving the south is because recruits u see the only reason why florida has 8 home games and less away games is because they want money they earn a lot when they have more home games and half of the recruits in the state of florida could be like yep thts were i want to go to the big ten rarely does tht
@turf1996 ur deaf there is music in there ur just playing it off
@Unimane Uh u might think this sounds crazy but i was looking up intimidating stadiums and half of them had the swamp not gayland and for your fyi i also saw a quote about wat lee corso said about the swamp he said that the gators have the best entrance moments of moments so u might want to stop saying t t t t because its crap i would take clemson’s entrance over the t entrance anytime if we had a national poll for best entrance between the two 98% would say clemson and the t 45%
@Unimane Neyland..been there done that. The noise goes straight up in the air, it gets loud but not like at the swamp. the dimensions of the stadium trap the noise. It sounds loud on this video but if you went to the UF/UT game in the Swamp in 2005….holy shit the loudest place on earth
@Unimane I’ve been there in 96, 2002, 04, 06, and 08, 06 was definitely louder but still it’s just… not… it might be the way the stadium is built.. I don’t know, it just doesn’t get very loud. Do yourself a favor and type in Florida South Carolina 2006… click on any “cockblock” video and understand what loud is.
@rowdireptile Ah, I see the problem now. You went to the 2008 game. Let’s see, the worst Tennessee team in the last 30 years, a day game and a blowout. Are you surprised the place wasn’t hopping? If you had gone to the UT-UF game in 2006, the crowd was a different story. You want to talk about Bama and LSU, well, those places sucked when they were losing, too. Come back in about 2 years when we aren’t rebuilding and you’ll see how wrong you are.
@Unimane Yeah a good 20 years ago, and ’01 really? you wanna use something from ’01??? BAHAHA, I tell ya what I’ll send you some encyclopedias while I’m at it, You know Suwannee won a ton of championships in the early 1900′s I guess that means there a powerhouse today… oh… thanks for the laugh.. that was fun. LOUDEST, HOSTILE, those are the words we are looking for, no one will disagree that neyland, right on the river isn’t a beautiful place to play football.
@Unimane Yeah, and a coon hound running in front of players is just great isn’t it, I guess ESPN doesn’t know what there talking about right ? Since they say we have the best entrance in College football, along with gameday (whose been to the swamp more than any other site by about 10) Lee Corso, Tony Barnhart, Chris Low… I could keep going. No, Neyland is not on par with LSU, Florida, or bama, it’s easy to compare, goto the entrance of florida tenn 2008 of mine then goto USC’s, USC is louder.
@rowdireptile What do you want, ticket stubs? Sorry, I watch them without recording like 99% of the people. You also must not be very adept at using google, it didn’t take me long to find Neyland on a list. You might want to check the ’01 Sporting News list with Neyland #1 as the “Best College Stadium”. As for “bottom tier”, dont be cocky just because we had a couple down years. I remember when Florida was a 3rd rate program. I also remember UT being in Atlanta in ’07. We’ll be back.
@rowdireptile So, what are we arguing here? Which is the loudest or if Neyland is on par with Ole Miss? You can’t simply yell you know everything and think that means you have proven your point. One random guy from Volnation doesn’t equal my “own fans”. Like I said, in my experience, LSU, UF, Auburn and Neyland have the loudest stadiums. To argue UT is not on par is to ignore a long history of loud games in Knoxville. P.S. Your entrance still sucks. Just awful
@rowdireptile random one off google, 5. penn state, 4. oregon, 3. wisconsin, 2. the swamp 1. LSU… VOLNATION POST: LSU and Florida… LSU Florida and Auburn… and it keeps repeating like this. YOUR OWN FANS DON’T EVEN PUT NEYLAND ON THE LIST! WOW! If you wanna argue if the sky is blue, lemme know, some things just are buddy. The Swamp is the loudest most hostile stadium in college football, thats not a knock on you or any other team, it’s just fact.
@Unimane I like how you totally ignored anything I wrote in the last, I don’t know, three answers. Yeah buddy, and your proof of going to these places is what? No uploaded videos, nothing, anyone can say what you’ve said the difference is I have the proof. Please look on ANY most intimidating, loudest, hostile… fill in the adjective, stadium…. Neyland doesn’t make the list… ever! You’re a bottom tier SEC team these days, get used to it.
@rowdireptile Good for you, I’ve been to all but Arkansas, so I guess that means I’ve been to more than you, so you were just assuming (like all arrogant Gator fans) you had been to more. You aren’t the only person who goes to football games, you know. And, again, if you think Neyland is the same as Ole Miss, you are either lying to yourself or an idiot. I’ve been to the Swamp at night for the ’99 game against UT and wasn’t as loud as Neyland in ’98 or ’04 for Florida (or ’06 for Cal).
@cooper8703 backwards to the student side, to the alumni side its goes left to right.
@Unimane You seriously can’t be this painfully ignorant, okay, heres what your gonna do, scroll up, click on my name (rowdireptile) checkout the other videos… a sampling of the eleven florida football games I goto a year and have been since I was lets see…. eight! So again, seeing as I’ve been to LSU at night, Florida Tennessee in Neyland, Florida Georgia every year, South Carolina, UK, Auburn, Bama… etc etc etc… I would say I’ve got plenty to compare. Sorry, you lose!
The cheerleaders spelled “Florida” backwards.
@rowdireptile And how do you know that you’ve been to more games than me? If you think Ole Miss and S. Carolina are comparable to Tennessee shows either complete bias and/or ignorance, I don’t how much of an expert you think you are. So, again, if you think Neyland never gets loud, then you’ve only been to a noon game against UAB or something because, to say it never gets loud, is moronic and wrong. The loudest atmospheres for a big game in the SEC are LSU, Tennessee and Florida, in that order.
@Unimane Have I ever been to Neyland? You can’t be this ignorant, well you are a Vol fan, you’ll notice in the videos from me, there is South Carolina, the swamp obviously, Neyland, the Sugar Bowl etc. etc. etc. I have been to every SEC stadium except Miss State, Ole Miss, and Arkansas, I’ve been to more SEC games than you and what does history have to do with atmosphere or volume? Just stop before it gets ugly buddy.
@rowdireptile Never loud? 117,000 (101,000)? Don’t care?Have you even been to Neyland before? I can tell you that Neyland gets exceptionally loud. I’ve been to a number of stadiums and the loudest game I’ve ever experienced was the 1998 Florida-Tennessee game at Neyland. If you think those other schools have us all beat, then you must be 19 years old and have no clue about SEC history.
@Unimane The only thing cool about the splitting of the T is all the SEC flags out there, Neyland sounds like a church, for 117,000 or whatever it is, that place never gets loud, never gets you excited, atmosphere is just weak. South Carolina, Bama, Auburn, LSU, Florida, all have you beat. It’s kind of like an Ole Miss game, the fans wanna win but they just don’t seem to care either way too much.
I ‘ve been to the Swamp and their entrance, surprisingly, sucks. A video where they enter the field as the Gator mouth opens? Uh, no, it’s not the best entrance in college football. In fact, I’ll say the team they were playing has an entrance 100 times better with the opening of the T.
Otherwise, I did think the Swamp was a nice stadium and very loud, definitely intimidating.
That’s it just alot of yelling? No music, no hype, no drama ? Lame
@endwargamefreak –
Florida has sold out every home game since (including) the 1979 season when the Gators went 0-10-1. I hope that answers your question. Good luck to your boys from Michigan, who knows maybe they’ll surprise us all and win 6 whole games!
@rowdireptile first of all i bet that statistic you just put out about the gators prob isn’t even true. can’t find a shred of truth about that. oh and michigan has had an average attendance of about 102,000 for over 200 games and still going.and wow really acting like a 12 year old much? but i’ should expect this from a stupid redneck. and yeah i meant 34 straight years your team sure as hell will never beat that. tradition lives up here. and oh yea forbes made ann arbor michigan #1 sports town.
Five of the top ten recruiting classes in the nation, SEC teamed National Champions last four years. College Gameday has been to Gainesville more than any other school. The only play you get on ESPN anymore is on the ticker. How many SEC teams lost in bowls again last year? “almost every one”? BAHAHA… Stop embarrassing yourself yank.
